Many musculoskeletal pain cases are caused by either a poor workstation set up or poor use of a good workstation setup.
A large portion of how we spend our days is spend behind a computer screen for many of us.

Workstation Assessment is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992.
Basic 30 minute assessment
Suitable for anyone who needs guidance in setting up a suitable workstation or is beginning to experience discomfort from current set-up
Includes a full report within 1-2 days
Complex 60 minute assessment
Suitable for anyone with pre-existing condition which has been aggravated by workstation.
Includes a full report within 1-2 days and a follow up session.
Assessment can be carried out in person or remotely
