Osteopathy and Medical Acupuncture

Disclaimer:
Currently I am not seeing patients in the clinic. For care, I recommend visiting The Family Health Hub.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal issues by addressing the body as a whole. We use hands-on techniques to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being.

You can visit an osteopath for:

  • Joint and arthritic pain (neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, rib and chest, pelvis and hip, knee, ankle, foot)
  • Headaches and migraine prevention
  • Muscle spasms, aches, and cramps
  • Rheumatic pain and fibromyalgia
  • Sports injuries
  • Circulatory and digestion problems
  • Neuralgia

You can read more about osteopathy on my blog post.

Medical Acupuncture

Western medical acupuncture, or dry needling, is a beneficial adjunct to osteopathic treatment in managing and rehabilitating patients with pain, inflammation, muscle spasms, and tension. It is used in many NHS general practices, private clinics, and pain clinics in the UK as a complement to conventional medicine.

You can read more about medical acupuncture on my blog post.
