About Me

I graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Masters in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy.

As an osteopath and health coach, I adopt a patient-centered approach, working collaboratively with you to recover from pain or injury, achieve optimal health, and enhance your overall quality of life. My practice often integrates osteopathic and naturopathic principles with tailored health coaching, offering guidance on dietary changes, exercise, ergonomics, stress management, and wellness strategies. Along the way, I strive to help you understand the root of the problem and empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term well-being.

I am currently completing a Health Coach Diploma with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, further deepening my ability to support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.

I have experience working with a diverse range of patients, from newborns and adolescents to adults and geriatric individuals.

Additionally, I hold qualifications in Medical Acupuncture, having trained with the British Medical Acupuncture Society. My professional experience includes roles as an osteopathic technique tutor and practice educator at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University College of Osteopathy in London.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton and staying active through yoga and bodyweight exercises.
